This image is a creation of the street artist Banksy. He is a
graffiter from Bristol, England, and I really like his work.
In this picture we see a stencil where a vietnamin girl run for safe her life,
her name is Phan Thị Kim Phúc, and is the protagonist of a
popular photo that win the Pulitzer prize in the 70’.
In the
stencil, Bansky mix this image with two occidental symbols, in one side is the
famous character from Disney Mickey mouse, and in the other side is the clown
of the world’s largest fast food restaurant, both represent of capitalism.
What I like about this
picture is the critic spirit of the author. He think about the modern world and
transmit a very clear message, that the suffering of the people in a lot of
countrys is due to the greed of USA and capitalism in general.
Bansky is an excellent artist. Good taste for the photography
